Jemmita, a renowned medicine woman and founder of Anchoring the Light, bridges Ancient wisdom with modern Spiritual practices. She works closely with and has received initiations from her Andean Maestros and Elders into the Shamanic healing arts & Ancestral Medicines. I first met Jem as a student in one of her apprenticeships. I then went on to support her as a mentor in her online containers and eventually became one of her “right hand angels” in running her Sacred Enterprise.

TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Supporting Jem (founder) in building business & marketing strategy for launches

  • Providing compassionate group mentorship and supports participants in their learning journey

  • Holding and monitoring online community spaces, ensuring a grounded, safe, and aligned environment

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for email and client communication, offering timely, warm and supportive responses

  • Supporting the flow of retreats, programs, and live sessions through gentle guidance and facilitation assistance

  • Maintaining clear, organized administrative systems that nurture smooth operations and participant experience
